And that's why I decided to take all the skills I’d mastered after spending 15 years doing public relations and brand strategy for major media and fashion brands like ELLE, Glamour, and Tory Burch and bring them together with the mindfulness principles I’d been studying for years on the side to create a new kind of media training and public speaking coaching, one with a mindful approach.

These days speaking in public is a part of so many people's careers, whether it's on a stage in front of hundreds or thousands or on TV appearing before an audience of millions or simply giving a presentation in your office conference room.

Or maybe you are an entrepreneur, coach, blogger or author and speaking on industry panels, doing podcast interviews, filming Youtube videos and broadcasting live on Facebook and Instagram are all key parts of how you get the word out about your business or product.

Whatever it is for you the theme is the same.

I want you to know that your voice matters. I want you to believe what you have to say matters. I want you to have no doubt that your message matters. And I want you know that no matter what the situation, you can speak from the heart with confidence and conviction and without fear.

And whether you have a fear of public speaking (don't worry you're not alone, 240 million people in the U.S. do too!) or you just need some practical tools and strategies to polish your delivery to take things to the next level I am here to help.

The work we do together will be completely customized to address your specific goals and circumstances, and my goal is not to teach how to be a different person.

I don't want to teach you tips and tricks so you can just appear confident, I want to help you get to a place where you genuinely feel confident.

Don't worry, they'll be tons of practical tips and strategies you'll learn to improve your speaking style, presence and messaging too, but we'll also focus on what message you want get across and the kind of impact you want to make, not just on the words you think you should say.   

We’ll work together to craft your message and hone your delivery using the practical tools and strategies I’ve taught others for over 15 years, along with mindfulness-based techniques that will dissolve your fears and boost your confidence instantly.
